基于负反馈的电机差速震荡抑制方法

摘要 天线伺服系统工作过程中,为进一步增加功能或提高性能会采用双电机驱动,加上速度环的控制,在双电机速度上实现了精准同步,天线驱动更准确,可以更有效地完成精确跟踪目标任务。因器件的参数无法达到理想状态,双电机在运转时很难达到同步,同时通过双电机消隙无法从根本上消除震荡。采用负反馈差速抑制的方法,将2台电机运转过程中产生的速度差信号通过反馈的方式给到速度环入口,从而消除差速震荡。 In the working process of the antenna servo system,the dual motor drive will be used in order to further increase the function or improve the performance.The dual motor drive,coupled with the speed loop control,achieves accurate speed synchronization of double motors and make the antenna drive more accurate,effectively completing the precise tracking of the target.Because the parameters of the device can not reach the ideal state,it is difficult for the two motors to synchronize when running.Moreover,the vibration can not be eliminated fundamentally through the dual-motor backlash elimination.The negative feedback differential suppression method is adopted,and the speed difference signal generated in the running process of the two motors is fed to the speed loop inlet through feedback,so as to eliminate the differential vibration.
