摘要
将MCM-41与Y型分子筛合成复合分子筛MCM-41/Y,将其作为吸附剂对水中的镧离子进行吸附性能研究。实验结果表明在pH=2、镧离子溶液质量浓度为500 mg·L^(-1)、振荡吸附时间为30 min、温度为35℃的条件下,吸附量达到最佳为440 mg·g^(-1)。利用红外光谱和X射线衍射等手段对复合分子筛MCM-41/Y进行表征。利用热力学和动力学理论对实验结果进行分析并对吸附过程加以探讨。当用2 mol·L^(-1)盐酸做洗脱实验时,盐酸洗脱率达到85%左右,说明复合分子筛MCM-41/Y的重复再生利用性和稳定性良好。
MCM-41/Y composite molecular sieve was synthesized using MCM-41 and Y molecular sieve in this paper,which was used as adsorbents to study the adsorption performance of lanthanum ions in water.The experimental results showed thatUnder the conditions of pH=2,lanthanum ion solution concentration of 500 mg·L^(-1),oscillating adsorption time of 30 min and temperature of 35℃,the optimal adsorption capacity was 440 mg·g^(-1).MCM-41/Y composite molecular sieve was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The experimental results were analyzed by thermodynamics and kinetics theory and the adsorption process was discussed.When 2 mol·L^(-1)hydrochloric acid was used to do the elution experiment,the elution rate of hydrochloric acid reached about 85%,which indicated that the composite molecular sieve MCM-41/Y had good repeatability and stability.
