电动车辆动力总成支架结构分析

摘要 某车辆动力总成支架的ANSYS workbench有限元分析结果表明,箱体1支架和箱体2支架之间在加速工况时的最大等效力为307 MPa,超过了Q345钢的许用应力287 MPa,不能满足强度设计要求.对此增加角钢进行加强设计后,再对该支架总成进行有限元分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,结果表明:该处在加速工况时的最大等效力为274 MPa,小于Q345钢的许用应力,而且改进后的支架总成的固有频率远离发动机和路面的激励频率,不会对该支架总成造成共振,满足车辆的使用要求. The ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis results of a vehicle powertrain support show that the maximum equivalent force between box 1 support and box 2 support under acceleration condition is 307 mpa,which exceeds the allowable stress of Q345 steel 287 mpa and can not meet the strength design requirements.The results show that the maximum equivalent force under the acceleration condition is 274 mpa,which is less than the allowable stress of Q345 steel,and the natural frequency of the improved support assembly is far away from the excitation frequency of the engine and the road,so it will not cause resonance to the support assembly,and meet the use requirements of vehicles.
