作物株型驯化研究进展

摘要 长期以来,人类不断地对野生植物进行选择和驯化,形成了当前的主要农作物。由于生长环境的改变和人类活动的介入,主要农作物在驯化过程中株型发生显著变化。相关研究表明,主要作物株型的驯化通常是由一些关键基因表达量或基因型的改变所引起。本文对玉米、水稻和小麦株型驯化相关基因和遗传位点的研究进展进行综述,以期为理想株型分子设计育种提供研究思路。 For a long time, selection and domestication of wild plants by human beings formed the current main crops. Due to the change of growing environment and the intervention of human activities, the plant type of main crops changed significantly in the process of domestication. The existing researches so far suggested that the domestication of plant phenotypes in major crops was usually caused by the expression or genotype change of some key genes. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress of genes and genetic locus related to maize, wheat and rice plant architecture domestication, and expected to provide some clues for molecular design breeding of ideal plant architecture.
