慢性肾脏病非透析病人锻炼意向现状及其影响因素

Status quo and influencing factors of exercise intention in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease

目的:调查慢性肾脏病病人的锻炼意向现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、锻炼意向问卷、锻炼自我认同量表和慢性病管理自我效能量表对广州市某三级甲等医院236例慢性肾脏病非透析期病人进行调查。结果:慢性肾脏病非透析病人锻炼意向得分为17.00(14.00,20.00)分,锻炼自我认同得分为29.00(24.00,37.00)分,慢性病管理自我效能得分为6.83(1.16,8.00)分。慢性肾脏病非透析病人锻炼自我认同、慢性病管理自我效能与锻炼意向均呈正相关(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示,学历、病程、健康教育次数及慢性病管理自我效能、锻炼自我认同得分是慢性肾脏病非透析病人锻炼意向的影响因素。结论:慢性肾脏病非透析病人锻炼意向较好,医护人员应重视对病人及家属的健康宣教,提高病人的自我认同和自我效能,从而提高病人锻炼的自主性和积极性。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of exercise intention in patients with chronic kidney disease,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:A questionaire survey,involving 236 non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,was conducted by using General questionnaire,Exercise Intention Questionnaire,Exercise Self-identity Scale and Chronic Disease Management Self-Efficacy Scale.Results:The scores of exercise intention,exercise self-identity and chronic disease management self-efficacy of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease were 17.00(14.00,20.00),29.00(24.00,37.00)and 6.83(1.16,8.00),respectively.The total scores of exercise self-identity and chronic disease management self-efficacy were positively correlated with the total score of exercise intention(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education degree,course of the disease,the times of health education,chronic disease management self-efficacy and exercise self-identity scores were the influencing factors of exercise intention of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.Conclusions:Non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease have better exercise intention.Medical staff should pay attention to health education for patients and their families,improve patients' self-identity and self-efficacy,so as to enhance patients'exercise autonomy and enthusiasm.
