摘要
各地国有博物馆近年来积极引入以人力资源管理为主的科学管理制度,对员工的考核更加科学合理。目前,国有博物馆对人力资源的考核已不局限于工作效果的评估,而强调把组织的目标融入到日常工作中,建立整个组织管理的考核与激励体系,并把考核重点放在工作过程的全程监督、指导与调节上,即学术界所称的“绩效管理”。从而使执行力得到提高,用人与人员调配更合理,人员奖惩、人才激励机制进一步科学化,促进博物馆服务功能得以落实,博物馆管理工作出现了新气象。
By means of introducing and strengthening scientific management system which focussed on human resource management in recent years,the State-owned Museums of China has realized to make assessment of employees becoming more scientific and reasonable.At present,for the evaluation of human resources,the State-owned Museum of China is not limited to the evaluation of work results,but emphasizes the integration of organizational goals into daily work,establishing an evaluation and incentive system for the entire organization management,and focusing the evaluation on full supervision,guidance and adjustment during work process,which is known as“performance management”in academic circles.As a result,great changes has taken place,such as improving execution force,more reasonable deployment of personnel and personnel arrangment,more scientific on personnel rewards and punishments as well as talent incentive mechanisms,promoting the implementation of museum service functions,thus refreshing the management of the museum.In this article.
