摘要 针对地球静止轨道(GEO)遥感卫星大范围持续观测的特点,文章结合舰船目标检测跟踪应用中的实际需求,利用高分四号卫星对舰船目标检测跟踪的应用模式进行探索研究,识别了目前常规应用流程中存在的各环节独立、处理时延大、检测跟踪难等问题。从提升需求响应时效性,融入实际保障流程出发,立足现有技术发展水平,考虑任务筹划、数据处理、检测跟踪几方面要素,对应用流程进行了优化设计,并通过实际案例开展了应用验证。验证结果表明:舰船目标检测跟踪应用时延缩减到分钟级,同时在无云层遮挡情况下,可对检测目标实施连续的跟踪监视,获取舰船目标位置、运动轨迹等信息。在此基础上,对未来静止轨道遥感卫星在舰船目标检测跟踪中的发展应用前景进行了展望。 According to the characteristics of large-scale continuous observation of GEO remote sensing satellites,the article combines the actual needs in the application of ship target detection and tracking and uses GF-4 satellite to detect and track ship targets.This article identifies the exi ̄sting problems in the current conventional application process,such as independent links,large processing delay,and detection and tracking difficulties.From the demand of response timeliness enhancement to practical processes departure assurance,based on the existing technology develop ̄ment level,the application process is optimized,and verification is carried out through actual cases.The verification results show that the application delay of ship target detection and tracking is reduced to minute level,and the detection target can be continuously tracked and monitored without cloud shelter to obtain the position of ship target.On this basis,the future static tracks are prospected to imaging satellite in ship target detection tracking.
