山东省科技文化融合创新存在的问题研究

Research on the Existing Problems of the Integration and Innovation of Science,Technology and Culture in Shandong Province

随着信息技术的发展,科技文化融合创新已成为我国提升科技创新力的重要手段之一,也是文化新业态的重要发展路径。该文对科技文化融合的内涵做了梳理界定,调研分析了近年来山东省科技文化融合创新的发展现状,明确了该省在该领域取得的成绩和突破。该文提出山东省关于科技文化融合创新过程中存在的问题主要有信息不对称、发展不均衡、保障不完善和体系不全面等,并提出了初步的建议与对策。

With the development of information technology,the integration and innovation of science,technology and culture has become one of the important means to improve the power of scientific and technological innovation in China,and it is also an important development path of new cultural formats.This paper combs and defines the connotation of scientific,technological and cultural integration,investigates and analyzes the development status of scientific,technological and cultural integration and innovation in Shandong Province in recent years,and defines the achievements and breakthroughs made by our province in this field.This paper puts forward the problems existing in the process of science,technology and culture integration and innovation in Shandong Province,mainly including information asymmetry,unbalanced development,imperfect guarantee and incomplete system,and puts forward preliminary suggestions and countermeasures.
