创业拼凑研究综述与展望

Literature Review and Prospects of Entrepreneurial Bricolage

近年来,创业拼凑作为创业领域的新兴主题之一,已经引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,并取得了不少成果。为系统梳理创业拼凑研究的现状,该文基于现有研究,以思维、能力和行为这3个视角对创业拼凑的内涵进行整理,并从资源观、战略观和环境观等管理视角出发归纳了创业拼凑的前因变量,同时围绕其作用效果进行文献梳理,构建出创业拼凑的理论框架,最后从这3个方面内容对创业拼凑进行展望。

In recent years,as one of the emerging topics in the field of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial bricolage has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,and achieved a lot of achievements.In order to systematically sort out the current situation of entrepreneurial bricolage research,based on the existing research,this paper sorts out the connotation of entrepreneurial bricolage from the perspectives of thinking,ability and behavior,summarizes the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial bricolage from the management perspectives of resource view,strategic view and environmental view,combs the literature around its effect,and constructs the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial bricolage.Finally,it looks forward to the entrepreneurial bricolage from three aspects.
