随着时代的发展,我国已经进入社会经济飞速发展的阶段,专业人才的培养和输出对于国家的稳步发展有着极其重要的影响。高职院校作为培育社会应用型人才的重点领域,近些年来招生规模不断扩大,学生人数逐年增多。因此,学生的教育和管理工作越来越复杂、要求越来越高。辅导员作为管理和学生思想政治教育的主要力量,在对大学生进行组织、指导和政治思想教育中起到至关重要的作用。辅导员专业化是对辅导员在工作中具有足够的专业知识、专业技能和职业道德的基本要求。辅导员的专业化对高职院校的发展以及学生综合素质的养成极其重要。该文首先介绍了高职院校辅导员专业化发展现状,其次介绍了高职院校辅导员专业化发展的基本途径。

With the development of the times,my country has entered a stage of rapid social and economic development.The training and export of professional talents has an extremely important impact on the steady development of the country.As a key field for cultivating socially applied talents,vocational colleges have been expanding their enrollment scale and the number of students has increased year by year.Therefore,the education and management of students is becoming more and more complex and demanding.As the main force of management and ideological and political education of students,counselors play a vital role in organizing,guiding and ideological education of college students.The professionalization of counselors is the basic requirement for counselors to have sufficient professional knowledge,professional skills and professional ethics in their work.The professionalization of counselors is extremely important for the development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of students’comprehensive qualities.This article first introduces the status quo of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges,and then introduces the basic ways of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
