Thoughts on the Innovative Development Path of Sci-Tech Information Service in the "Internet +" Era

随着科技的高速发展,科技情报工作在“互联网+”时代也面临着巨大的变革,如何更好地提供情报服务,为区域性科技创新发展注入动力,成了传统科技情报机构要解决的大问题。该文简述了传统科技情报机构在迈入“情报服务3.0”之后的现状和面临的现实性问题,并从重新明确核心竞争力、加快人才培养、建立智库及平台、提高数据挖掘能力、创建“情报快速生产线”、服务模式创新这6个方面提出了在“互联网+”时代情报服务创新发展的路径思考。

With the rapid development of science and technology,sci-tech information work is also facing tremendous changes in the"Internet+"era.How to provide intelligence services better and inject momentum into the development of regional science and technology has become a major problem that traditional science and technology intelligence agencies need to solve.This article briefly describes the status quo of and the reality faced by traditional scientific and technological information institutions after entering"Information Service3.0",and proposes thoughts on the pathway of innovative development of information services in the"Internet+"era from six aspects:redefining core competence,accelerating talent cultivation,establishing think tanks and platforms,improving data mining capabilities,creating"information express production lines",and innovating service models.
