市政房屋建筑施工技术与质量控制探讨

Discussion on Construction Technology and Quality Control of Municipal Housing

随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,城镇人口和城镇化率日益增加,市政工程急剧增多。市政工程房屋建筑质量和安全等问题与人民大众的切身利益密切相关,受到社会各界的关注。基于此,该文主要对市政工程中的房屋建筑施工技术与质量控制进行了深入分析与探讨,主要分为4个方面:深基坑支护技术、模板技术、钢筋加工与绑扎技术、混凝土浇筑技术,以期为有关部门提供借鉴和参考,提高我国市政房屋建筑的质量,进而推动我国市政房屋建筑行业的可持续发展,从而为我国经济的良好发展保驾护航。

With the deepening of China’s urbanization process,the urban population and urbanization rate are increasing day by day,and the municipal engineering is increasing sharply.The quality and safety of municipal engineering housing construction and other issues are closely related to the vital interests of the public and have attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the housing construction technology and quality control in municipal engineering,which is mainly divided into four aspects:deep foundation pit support technology,formwork technology,reinforcement processing and binding technology,concrete pouring technology,in order to provide reference for relevant departments,improve the quality of China’s municipal housing construction,and then promote the sustainable development of China’s municipal housing construction industry,so as to escort the good development of China’s economy.
