课程思政教育是新时期指导人才培养的新理念。以习近平总书记关于思想政治教育系列讲话为指导,以《企业管理》课程为例,着重从专业知识技能的传授、中国优秀传统文化的传承、优秀企业的经营管理等方面入手,将优秀企业家、党史、新中国历史等思想政治要素,作为培养学生"四个自信"、实现创造性转化的重要环节,有机地融入整个课程教学过程。

Curriculum ideological and political education is a new concept to guide talent training in the new era.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of speech on ideological and political education,taking the course of Enterprise Management as an example,the ideological and political elements such as outstanding entrepreneurs,party history and new China history are taken as the starting point from the following aspects:the teaching of professional knowledge and skills,the inheritance of China’s excellent traditional culture and the management of excellent enterprises,etc.,as the"four confidence"of students.It is an important link to realize creative transformation and organically integrate into the whole course teaching process.
