The Educational Role of College Counselors and Its Realization

高校辅导员作为班集体教育工作的引路人,对学生的学习以及成长都有着良好的指导作用,各班级的教学工作的展开以及学生的健康成长都离不开辅导员的管理与引导。随着改革开放的深入,高效辅导员的角色定位发生了一系列变化,包括帮困、心理、就业、生涯规划、人际关系等都被纳入到辅导员的工作职责内。对此,高校辅导员要努力承担自己的工作职责,扮演好各种角色,从而较好地完成育人这一根本任务。

As the guide of class collective education,college counselors play a good guiding role in students’learning and growth.The development of teaching work in each class and the healthy growth of students are inseparable from the management and guidance of counselors.With the deepening of reform and opening up,a series of changes have taken place in the role orientation of efficient counselors,including helping the poor,psychology,employment,career planning,interpersonal relations and so on.In this regard,college counselors should strive to undertake their own responsibilities and play various roles,so as to better complete the fundamental task of educating people.
