高校教育管理工作开展之根本目标,即为促进我国教育发展。在当前的社会形势之下,高校若未能积极创新及完善自身的教育管理模式以及方式,那么则不利于培养出满足现代社会需求的人才,也不利于促进自身获得更好的发展。所以,在新时期之下,就要求高校积极探析教育管理模式的创新方式,以高质量开展教育管理工作,实现对于每位学生的良好教育以及培养。

The fundamental goal of higher education management is to promote the development of education in China.In the current social situation,if colleges and universities fail to actively innovate and improve their own education management mode and methods,it is not conducive to cultivate talents to meet the needs of modern society and promote their own better development.Therefore,in the new era,colleges and universities are required to actively explore the innovative ways of education management mode,carry out education management with high quality,and achieve good education and training for each student.
