摘要
随着社会对产品灵活性、多样性需求的增加,传统的刚性生产模式逐渐出现各种弊端,取而代之的是柔性生产的新型生产模式。生产模式的变化转型,对应用型本科高校材料制备加工方向的课程建设和育人模式提出了新的要求。该文主要分析研究了基于柔性生产的固态发光材料创新人才的培养模式及实践,并根据行业人才需求设定培养目标,进行教学系统建设,以培养出适合固体发光材料柔性生产需求的创新型人才。
With the increase of social demand for product flexibility and diversity,the traditional rigid production mode gradually has various disadvantages,which is replaced by the new production mode of flexible production.The change and transformation of production mode puts forward new requirements for the curriculum construction and education mode of material preparation and processing in application-oriented colleges and universities.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the training mode and practice of innovative talents of solid-state luminescent materials based on flexible production,sets the training objectives according to the needs of talents in the industry,and carries out the construction of teaching system,so as to cultivate innovative talents suitable for the needs of flexible production of solid-state luminescent materials.
