摘要
针对电缆取电电流互感器(以下简称CT)直接影响着电缆在线监测设备最小启动电流和设备供能可靠性的问题,研究小电流模式下CT输出性能的影响因素。对CT的磁芯材料、外形尺寸和取电电路作简单描述,从CT的工作原理、制作工艺、切割工艺、打磨工艺、检测方法、防锈工艺、以及安装工艺和使用环境温度等方面,并结合实际工程应用中出现的问题进行相关分析和论述。提出优化小电流模式下取电CT输出性能的思路。
Aiming at the problem that the current transformer(CT)directly affects the minimum starting current and the energy supply reliability of the on-line monitoring equipment for cables,the factors affecting the CT output performance in the low-current mode are studied.The material of magnetic core,external dimension and Power supply circuit of CT are briefly described.Some cases in the practical engineering application are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of CT's working principle,production process,cutting process,polishing process,detection method,anti-rust process,installation process and operating environment temperature,etc.The ideas for optimizing CT's output performance in the low current mode are recommended.
