中药复方承气汤对直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Influence of Composite Drastic Purgative Decoction on Recovering Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function of Rectal Cancer Patients

为观察中药复方承气汤对直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响,将直肠癌术后患者70例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药复方承气汤治疗,比较2组患者的疗效,患者术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、首次排气时间及治疗前、治疗1周后胃肠道动力血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血浆胃动素(MTL)变化。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、首次排气时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后,观察组患者VIP低于对照组,MTL高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,中药复方承气汤用于直肠癌术后患者可有效改善胃肠功能,疗效显著。

This study was to observe the influence of the composite drastic purgative decoction(decoction)on recovering postoperative gastrointestinal function of rectal cancer patients,randomly divided 70 cases underwent rectal cancer surgery into control group(35 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(35 cases,routine treatment plus decoction);then,compared both groups’ effect;patients’ time for bowel sound postoperatively turned to normal,for enterokinesia recovered,and for first flatus from anus;as well as VIP and MTL changes from before treatment to 1 week late of treatment.As results,in total effective rate;and in the time for bowel sound postoperatively turned to normal,for enterokinesia recovered,and for first flatus from anus;observation group was respectively higher,and shorter than control group(all,P<0.05);one week late of treatment VIP,and MTL of observation group was respectively lower,and higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Results show that the decoction can effectively and significantly improve patients’ gastrointestinal function.
