改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度混合痔118例疗效观察

Effect Observation on 118 Cases of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated by Modified PPH

为观察改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗重度混合痔的疗效,将重度混合痔患者236例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组118例。对照组患者常规采用PPH治疗,观察组患者采用改良PPH治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均少于或短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,改良PPH可有效提高重度混合痔患者的疗效,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,且能降低术后并发症发生率。

To observe the effect of modified PPH in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids,236 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,118 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine PPH,while patients in the observation group were treated with modified PPH;then the curative effect,operative related indexes and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.As results,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the intraoperative blood loss,operating time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less,shorter and shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results show that the modified PPH can effectively improve the curative effect of severe mixed hemorrhoids,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operating time and hospitalization time,and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
