痔疮膏联合红外线照射治疗宫颈癌盆腔放疗伴发肛周痔的疗效观察

Zhichuang Gao Combined with Infrared Rays Radiation in the Treatment of Perianal Hemorrhoids Followed after Pelvic Radiotherapy for Uterine Neck Cancer

为观察痔疮膏联合红外线照射治疗宫颈癌盆腔放疗伴发肛周痔的疗效,将60例宫颈癌盆腔放疗伴发肛周痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用痔疮膏治疗,观察组患者采用痔疮膏联合红外线照射治疗,比较2组患者的疗效及治疗前后症状积分。结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,痔疮膏联合红外线照射治疗宫颈癌盆腔放疗伴发肛周痔患者可明显改善患者的临床症状,疗效确切。

This study was to observe the effect of Zhichuang Gao(Gao,a TCM formula for hemorrhoids)plus infrared rays radiation in the treatment of perianal hemorrhoids followed after pelvic radiotherapy for uterine neck cancer,randomly divided 60 cases met above condition into control group(30 cases,received Gao)and observation group(30 cases,Gao plus infrared rays radiation);then,compared both groups’ effect and the score ratings on symptoms before and after treatment.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);in the score ratings on symptoms before treatment there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05),but after treatment the ratings of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Results show that Gao plus infrared rays radiation in the treatment of perianal hemorrhoids followed after pelvic radiotherapy for uterine neck cancer can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms,the effect is certain.
