综合性护理干预在肛瘘术后的应用效果观察

The Efficacy of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Applied after Surgery for Anal Fistula

为观察综合性护理干预在肛瘘术后的应用效果,将肛瘘手术患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上配合综合性护理,比较2组患者护理前后心理状态、自护能力、疼痛程度及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,2组患者护理前心理状态、自护能力和疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分和疼痛评分均低于对照组,自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结果表明,综合性护理干预可明显缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者自护能力,减轻患者疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。

This study was to observe the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)applied after anal fistula surgery,randomly divided 80 cases underwent the surgery into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,routine nursing,added with CNI);then,compared both groups’ patients’ mental situation,self-care agency,pain intensity before nursing and after one as well as postoperative complication.As results,before nursing in both groups’ patients’ mental situation,self-care agency,and pain intersity there was no statistical difference(P >0.05);after nursing,in the score ratings on anxiety depression and pain,and in the score rating on self-care agency,as well as in postoperative complication incidence observation group was respectively lower,higher,as well as lower(5.00% vs 22.5%)than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that CNI can significantly relieve patients’ anxiety and depression emotion,uplift their self-care agency,reduce patients’ pain,and decline postoperative complication incidence.
