围手术期整体护理在肛瘘术后的效果观察

Postoperative Efficacy Observation of Perioperative Holistic Nursing on Anal Fistula Patients

为观察围手术期整体护理在肛瘘患者术后的效果,将180例肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。2组患者均采用手术治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用围手术期整体护理,比较2组患者不同时点疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率及护理前后患者自我效能感评分和舒适感评分。结果显示,观察组患者不同时点疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前2组患者自我效能感评分、舒适感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者自我效能感评分及舒适感评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,围手术期整体护理在肛瘘患者术后效果显著,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者自我效能感和舒适感。

This study was to investigate the postoperative efficacy of perioprative holistic nursing on anal fistula patients,randomly divided 180 cases into control group(90 cases routine nursing)and observation group(90 cases,perioperative holistic nursing);then,compared both groups’ patients’ pain ratings at different time-points,postoperative complication incidence,as well as the ratings on patients’ self-efficacy awareness between before and after surgery,and on comfort awareness.As results,in the pain ratings at different time-points,in postoperative complication incidence,and in postoperative ratings on self-efficacy awareness and on comfort awareness observation group was respectively lower,lower,and higher than control groups(all,P<0.05);merely before surgery the ratings on self-efficacy awareness and on comfort awaveness had no statistical difference inter-groups(P >0.05).Results show that the postoperative efficacy of perioperative holistic nursing is significant,can effectively relieve patients’ postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complication,and uplift patients’ self-efficacy awaveness and comfort awareness.
