摘要
孔子的因材施教思想对现代教育仍然具有很好的借鉴作用。用孔子因材施教思想分析出现代教育中所存在的教学内容僵化死板、教学目标不明确以及教学方法单一等问题;启示教育者对受教育者要一视同仁,从其个性出发,因材施教,提升教学效果,促进学生全面发展。
Confucius’thought of individualized teaching is still of good reference value for modern education.This paper adopts Confucius’thought of individualized teaching to analyze problems existing in modern education—inflexible teaching content,unclear teaching objectives and single teaching methods,etc.It is advocated that educators should treat students equally,respect their individuality,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude so as to improve teaching effect and promote the all-round development of students.
