Fault Analysis of Oil Leakage on Intermediate Reducer Vent of a Certain Helicopter

某型直升机在试飞过程中,连续出现两架中间减速器通气嘴漏油故障,给试飞安全带来极大风险。为解决故障,从中间减速器工作原理和结构特点上进行分析,判断出漏油故障产生的原因,并针对该故障提出行之有效的解决方案,为该型中间减速器的修理和维护提供借鉴。

During the test flight of a certain type of helicopter,oil leakage failures occurred continuously on two intermediate reducer vents,which brought great risk to the safety of test flight.To troubleshoot the problem,the working principles and structure characteristics of the intermediate reducer are analyzed to determine the cause of oil leakage,and effective solutions for this fault are proposed,which provide reference for the repair and maintenance of this type of intermediate reducer.
