代孕一直都是非常敏感的话题,作为一种特殊的生育方式也常被曲解成一种自私的行为。目前争议较大的问题主要是代孕是否将子宫工具化、对女性的剥削以及代孕子的最终归属问题等。任何以交易为目的谋取利益的代孕都应当严令禁止并推进相关法律的制定,在尊重和不伤害原则的基础上有条件地开放妊娠型代孕,加强伦理委员会的审查与人文关怀。
