摘要
目的探讨PBL联合视频辅助Debriefing(video-assisted debriefing,VAD)教学模式在肝胆外科腹腔镜肝切除技术培训中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院肝胆一病区的规培医师及研究生20名作为研究对象。将培训医师及研究生随机分为两组,对照组10人采用传统教学法,实验组10人采用混合式教学方法。对两组调查问卷、实操评分和培训质量进行评价。采用SPSS19.0进行统计数据分析。结果实验组和对照组经过培训后,腹腔镜实操评分实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组调查问卷评分高于对照组。结论PBL联合VAD教学模式有利于腹腔镜肝切除技术培训,减少了学习曲线,避免了操作的失误。
Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with VAD in the training of laparoscopic hepatectomy in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,20 training doctors and graduate students in the first Department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The training doctors and postgraduates were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(10 students) used the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group(10 students) used the mixed teaching method. The training quality of the two groups was evaluated by questionnaire and practical operation score. SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results After training, the scores of the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);the results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group. Conclusion PBL combined with VAD is beneficial to the training of laparoscopic hepatectomy.
