妇产科专业研究生医学人文教育现状与分析 被引量:3

Analysis and Reflection on the Present Situation of Postgraduate Medical Humanities Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 随着人民日益增长的健康需求,人文精神作为医学不可或缺的部分日渐受到重视,国内医学高校不断深化教育改革,努力提高医学生人文素养,完善人文教育改革各项举措。本文通过对锦州医科大学教师及妇产科专业研究生分别进行问卷调查,综合采用调研分析、文献分析、经验汇总等方法,就人文教育相关问题如教学效果、教育形式及对将来工作的影响进行分析,发现从教师及学生角度认为目前对研究生人文素质教育的培养效果差强人意,医学人文素质培养需要临床带教教师、思政教师及专业教师在教学中共同努力、逐步渗透。 With the growing health demand of the people,the humanistic spirit as an indispensable part of medicine is increasingly valued.Domestic medical colleges and universities continue to deepen education reform,strive to improve medical students’humanistic quality and improve the measures of humanistic education reform.Through the questionnaire survey of teachers and postgraduates of gynecology and obstetrics in Jinzhou Medical University,the related issues of humanistic education,such as teaching effect,education form,and the impact on future work,were analyzed by using the methods of survey analysis,literature analysis,and experience summary,it is found that from the perspective of teachers and students,the current training effect of humanistic quality education for postgraduates is not satisfactory.The training of medical humanistic quality needs the joint efforts of clinical teaching teachers,ideological and political teachers,and professional teachers.
