全产业链视角下河北省冰雪旅游发展研究

Research on the development of ice and snow tourism in Hebei Province from the Perspective of Whole Industry Chain

当前,冰雪旅游呈现出在国际、国内广泛发展的向好态势。在冬奥会筹办、旅游消费需求升级等重大历史机遇下,河北省冰雪旅游发展要素和成长性机制问题愈发凸显,发展潜能不断释放。本文以全产业链为研究视角,剖析了河北省冰雪旅游的发展现状及存在问题,并提出构建冰雪旅游全产业链发展新格局的目标策略和着力提升品质、增强产业支撑、延伸产业链条、实施四季运营、加快引才培智等对策建议。

At present,ice and snow tourism takes on a good trend of the international and domestic extensive development.In the significant historical opportunities of the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games,the upgrading of tourist consumption demand,etc.,development factors and growth mechanism of the ice and snow tourism in Hebei Province have become more and more prominent,and the development potential keeps being released.This paper,taking the whole industry chain as the research perspective,analyzes the present development situation and existing problems of the ice and snow tourism in Hebei Province,and puts forward the objective and tactics of building the new pattern of the whole industry chain development of the ice and snow tourism,as well as some countermeasure proposals such as focusing efforts on improving the quality,strengthening the industry support,extending the industry chain,implementing the four-season operation,and quickening the talent introduction and intelligence fostering.
