新发展格局下促进消费扩容提质升级研究

Research on Promoting Consumption Expansion,Quality Improvement and Structural Upgrading under the New Development Pattern

我国正处于消费需求持续增长、消费结构加快升级、消费拉动经济作用明显增强的发展阶段。构建新发展格局更是对全面促进消费提出了迫切要求。现阶段我国居民消费升级特征明显,消费结构深刻变化,新型消费和服务消费快速增长,消费新业态新模式不断涌现。研究指出,消费升级引发产业升级、产业升级促进消费升级,已成为新一轮消费经济发展和深化供给侧改革的主要内容。研究建议要坚持消费引领,通过提升传统消费、培育新型消费、拓展服务消费、改善消费环境,全面促进居民消费扩容提质和优化升级。

China is in the development stage in which consumption demand keeps growing,the consumption structure has been in a rapid upgrading,and the role of consumption driving the economy is being significantly enhanced.Building a new development pattern has urgent requirements for comprehensively promoting consumption.At the present stage,Chinese residents’consumption upgrading has obvious features,the consumption structure is undergoing profound changes,new type consumption and service consumption are growing rapidly,new business formats and modes of consumption have been emerging.The research points out that consumption upgrading leads to industrial upgrading,and industrial upgrading promotes consumption upgrading,which has become the main content of a new round of consumption economy development and the deepening of supply-side reform.The research suggests adhering to the consumption leading,and comprehensively promoting the expansion,quality improvement,optimization and upgrading of residents’consumption by improving traditional consumption,fostering new type consumption,expanding service consumption and improving the consumption environments.
