《西藏日报》的创办与中国共产党新闻事业在西藏的建立

The Publication of Tibet Daily and the Initiation of the Communist Party of China’s Journalism in Tibet

《西藏日报》是西藏和平解放以来创办最早、最主要的省级主流媒介,也是中国共产党新闻事业在西藏正式创建的标志。由于特殊的政治、历史、文化、经济诸因素的制约,《西藏日报》的创办实际经历了长达6年(1951-1956)的时间,形成了独特的文化现象。文章以历史文献为依据,通过梳理《西藏日报》的创办历程,并逐一诠释其中若干特殊的历史现象,对该报创办的历史地位,特别是在开创西藏地方党的新闻事业历史进程中所形成的重要历史价值做出评估,总结在西藏发展党的新闻事业的重要规律,以此庆祝中国共产党成立100周年。

Tibet Daily is the earliest and most important provincial mainstream media founded since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,and it is also a symbol of the official establishment of the Communist Party of China’s journalism in Tibet.Due to the constrains of special political,historical,cultural and economic factors,the establishment of Tibet Daily actually took as long as 6 years(1951-1956),whichformed a unique cultural phenomenon.On the basis of the historical documents,this article introduces the process of founding Tibet Daily,and interprets some of these special historical phenomenon.Moreover,the role Tibet Dailyplayedin the Tibetan history,and on its important historical valuein the process of founding a Tibetan local journalism of the Communist Party of China.This article also summarizesthe principle law of developing the Party’s journalism in Tibet.And it is writtento commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
