摘要
中国和美国的绿色建筑评价标准中都包含有雨水控制方面的条款,但两国提出的雨水控制模式、指标概念及其计算方法却不尽相同。在中美双认证绿色建筑评价越来越普及的背景下,以实测降雨数据为基础,计算出我国30个代表城市两种控制模式下对应的设计降雨量,对我国不同类型的绿色建筑项目在中美绿色建筑评价标准中雨水控制条款的得分难度进行比较,进而给出雨水控制目标的推荐值,以期为中美双认证绿色建筑雨水控制系统的设计提供参考。
There are rainwater control standards in green building evaluation standards in China and the United States,respectively.The rainwater control modes,indicators and calculation methods proposed by the two countries are different.Considering the increasing popularity of Sino-U.S.double-certified green building evaluations,this paper calculates the design rainfall of 30 representative cities in China using two control modes based on measured rainfall data.Moreover,we compare the difficulty of the scoring on the rainwater control clauses in the two green building evaluation standards,and then give the recommended values of the design rainfall.This work provides a reference for the design of rainwater control system in Sino-U.S.double-certified green building projects.
