摘要
为解决系杆拱桥在先系杆、后拱肋拆除过程中产生的拱肋水平推力平衡问题,在系杆拱桥拱肋端部增加临时对拉装置,先拆除系杆,利用增加的临时对拉装置承受拱肋端部的水平推力,使拱肋在系杆拆除后处于平衡稳定状态,再拆除拱肋,实现了系杆和拱肋依次吊装拆除。该施工技术无需在航道上搭设支架,拱肋和系杆也无需分段拆除,为系杆拱桥的拆除提供了新思路和技术参考。
In order to solve the problem of the horizontal thrust balance of the arch ribs during the removal of the tied bars after bar tying of the tied arch bridge,a temporary opposite pulling device is added at the end of the arch ribs of the tied arch bridge.The tie bars are first removed and then the additional temporary opposite pulling device is used to bear the horizontal thrust at the end of the arch rib,so that the arch rib is in a balanced and stable state after the tie bar is removed,and then the arch rib can be removed smoothly.Therefore,the lifting and removal of the tied bar and the arch rib in sequence can be realized easily.The main construction process and key points are introduced.There is no need to set up brackets in the waterway with the technique,and the arch ribs and tie bars do not need to be removed in sections,which provides a new idea and technical reference for the removal of tied arch bridges.
