公路和城市道路网融合模式研究

Research on Integration Mode of Highways and Urban Roads Network

在解析上海市现状干线公路网与城市发展融合存在问题的基础上,进一步探讨干线公路与城市道路网融合发展普遍存在的差异,结合城镇一体化发展需求,对路网规划、道路分级、设计方法、建设管理、养护管理等5个领域进行融合方法研究,提出针对性的改善策略与建议,对推动上海市干线公路与城市道路融合发展,促进区域发展与交通一体化,为类似城市两网融合系统规划、道路设计及管养工作者提供参考。

Based on the analysis of issues occurred during the process of integrated development of highways and urban roads in Shanghai,in the paper the differences between highways and urban roads are explored in-depth.Following the demand of urban-rural integration,a thorough study into the methods of integration is carried out from five aspects:the planning of road network,the classification,the design method,the construction management and the maintenance management.Targeted improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward to promote the integrated development of Shanghai's arterial highways and urban roads,as well as enhance the regional development and transportation integration,and provide references for similar urban two-network integration system planning,road design and maintenance.
