基于PBL和CBL联合教学法在留学生病原生物学全英授课中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 随着国际交流与日俱增,全球一体化进程不断加快,信息传递、人员流动、学术交往、技术交流等不断加深,在我国综合国力显著提升和医学事业迅猛发展的背景下,越来越多的外籍医学专家来到中国执业;与此同时,医学留学生来华数量也在持续攀升。作为医学留学生的必修课和基础医学重要课程,病原生物学教学已经成为留学生教育的重要研究内容。当前,医学留学生的教学过程中,传统的教学模式在教学效果、教学环境适应性等方面存在诸多劣势,亟待探索新型的教学模式以适应留学生病原生物学教学新形势。为提高留学生病原生物学教学质量和效果,本文深入分析了在PBL和CBL联合教学模式下病原生物学课程选取和设计,并对该模式下教师教学角色转变、学生学习自主性以及教学评价与考核等进行了思考分析,以期对提升留学生教育国际化水平提供有益参考和借鉴。 As international exchanges increase, globalization accelerates, and the transmission of information, the flow of personnel, and academic and technical exchanges continue, ever more foreign medical experts will come to China to practice given a marked rise in China’s power and rapid advances in medicine. The number of international medical students in China continues to increase. Pathogen biology is a required course for international medical students and an important course in basic medicine. The teaching of pathogen biology is an important topic of research in the education of international medical students. There are currently numerous flaws with the teaching of international medical students in terms of the effectiveness of conventional methods of instruction and adaptability of instructional environments. Therefore, new forms of instruction need to be promptly explored to adapt to this new situation of teaching pathogen biology to international medical students. To improve the quality of instruction in pathogen biology for international students and its effectiveness, the current work extensively analyzes the selection and design of a pathogen biology course taught using a combination of PBL and CBL. Socioeconomic conditions, the practical needs of clinical medicine, and the latest trends in diseases may be key topics with which to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving by international students. This work also analyzes the transformation of the teacher’s role, individual learning by students, and evaluation and assessment of instruction in conjunction with a combination of PBL and CBL in order to provide a helpful example and reference to improve the level of education for international students.
