中原油田老区管道低输量输送方案优化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对中原油田管道实际输量低于最小安全输量的问题,以运行条件最差的A管线为研究对象,利用Pipephase软件建立管输模型,并对掺水后输送低含水原油、设置中间加热站、掺入伴生气后油气混输3种输送方案的可行性进行模拟分析。结果表明,掺水后输送低含水油方案和设置中间加热站方案是解决外输管道低输量问题的可行方案。由经济性对比可知,掺水输送方案中,管输原油含水率为30%时,比设置中间加热站方案节能10%以上。基于可行性模拟结果和节约能耗的要求,推荐不满足最低输量要求的管道采用输送低含水原油的方案。 In order to study the problem that the actual pipeline transport capacity of Zhongyuan Oilfield is lower than the minimum safe transport capacity,taking pipeline A as examples,the Pipephase software was used to establish the pipeline transportation model to simulate three transportation schemes,such as transporting low-water-cut crude oil,building new intermediate heating stations,and mixed transportation of oil and associated gas.The comparison results show that the scheme of transporting low-water-cut crude oil and the scheme of building new intermediate heating stations are feasible solutions to solve the problem of low transmission capacity of export pipeline.It can be seen from the economic comparison that when the water content of the crude oil transported by pipeline is 29%,it can save more than 10%energy compared with the scheme of the intermediate heating station.According to the simulation results and low energy consumption target,it is recommended to adopt the scheme of transporting low-water-cut crude oil in the pipeline which does not meet the minimum requirement.
