“蓝色”小葱中农药残留及重金属初筛及定量检测

Chemical screening and determination of pesticide residues and heavy metals in‘blue’shallots

分别采用气相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法,对“蓝色”小葱的49种农药残留和10种重金属含量进行初筛,嘧霉胺、铜元素和钴元素筛查结果超过定量限。经定量分析,嘧霉胺在1~5 mg/L的范围内线性关系良好,回归方程相关系数(r^(2))在0.9978,质控品回收率在88.81%~94.41%,相对标准偏差在1.38%~2.94%;铜和钴元素在0~30μg/L范围内线性关系良好。

A sample pretreatment methods coupled with GC-MRM and ICP-MS were established to determine 49 pesticide residues and 10 heavy metals in shallots.The screening results showed that pyrimethani,Cu and Co were exceeded LOQ.In quantitative analysis,the method appeared to be a good linear relationship for pyrimethani in the concentration ranges of 1-5 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient(r^(2))of 0.9978.Moreover,the average recoveries were in the range of 88.81%-94.41%with RSD between 1.38%and 2.94%.Cu and Co also have a good linear relationship within the range of 0-30μg/L,and QCs were within the standard value range.
