细菌ABC转运蛋白及其抑制剂研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 在细菌产生耐药性的多种机制中,位于细胞膜上的转运蛋白[尤其是ATP结合盒(ABC)转运蛋白]的转运作用是细菌产生多重耐药性的重要原因。转运蛋白抑制剂可有效抑制细菌转运蛋白的转运活性,恢复细菌对抗生素的敏感性。文章总结了由ABC转运蛋白介导的细菌多重耐药性的研究现状,并简述了ABC转运蛋白抑制剂对细菌耐药性的逆转作用,以期为以转运蛋白为靶标的新型抗耐药菌药物的研发提供理论参考。 Among the various mechanisms of bacterial resistance, the transfer function of transporters located on the cell membrane(especially ATP binding cassette [ABC] transporters) is an important reason for the multi-drug resistance of bacteria. Transporter inhibitors can effectively inhibit the transfer activity of bacterial transporters and restore the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics. In this paper, the current research status of bacterial multi-drug resistance mediated by ABC transporter was summarized, the reversal effect of ABC transporter inhibitors on bacterial resistance was briefly describes, in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of new drug resistant bacteria targeting transporters.
