摘要
验证EM微生物制剂对淤泥的处理效果,提高淤泥的利用效率,寻求EM处理淤泥的最佳处理方法,为淤泥的无害资源化利用提供一种可行的技术途径。试验证明,添加30%EM波卡西处理效果最好:汞含量由0.21 mg/kg降至0.14 mg/kg,降幅约35%;砷含量由4.8 mg/kg降至2.9 mg/kg,降幅达40%;铜含量由40.6 mg/kg降至28.7 mg/kg,降幅达29%;铅含量由28.6 mg/kg降至17.3 mg/kg,降幅达40%;镉含量由0.18 mg/kg降至0.07 mg/kg,降幅达60%;粪大肠菌群值由0.0009升至0.0420,约升高400%。研究结果表明,EM有益微生物在河湖淤泥处理上具有良好的应用效果,提高淤泥的资源化利用效率,值得推广应用。
To verify the effect of EM microbial preparation on sludge treatment,improve the utilization efficiency of sludge,seek the optimal treatment method for EM treatment of sludge,and provide a feasible technical way for harmless resource utilization of sludge,this experiment was conducted.Tests have shown that the treatment with 30%EM Bokashi is the best.Mercury content decreased by 35%from 0.21 mg/kg to 0.14 mg/kg;arsenic content decreased by 40%from 4.8 mg/kg to 2.9 mg/kg;copper content decreased by 29%from 40.6 mg/kg to 28.7 mg/kg;lead content decreased by 40%from 28.6 mg/kg to 17.3 mg/kg;cadmium content decreased by 60%from 0.18 mg/kg to 0.07 mg/kg;the value of fecal coliform increased from 0.0009 to 0.0420,about 400%.The results show that EM beneficial microorganisms have good application effect in river and lake sludge treatment,improving the resource utilization efficiency of sludge,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
