基于液面检测传感器的水位自动监测系统研究 被引量:6

摘要 非接触式水位计由于安装方便,在水利工程中应用非常广泛,但是长期在室外恶劣环境中使用会引起数据漂移,导致水位数据测不准,且价格昂贵。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于液面检测传感器的水位自动监测系统。系统利用水位监测控制器,控制滑台模组带动液面检测传感器运动,直至接触液面瞬间停止,根据滑台模组运行的距离计算水位。结果表明:系统运行稳定、水位测量精准且成本低,具有良好的推广价值。 The non-contact water level gauge is widely used in water conservancy projects due to its convenient installation.However,long-term use in outdoor harsh environment can cause data drift,resulting in inaccurate water level data,and it is high in price.In order to solve the above problems,an automatic water level monitoring system based on liquid level detection sensor is proposed.In this system,a water level monitoring controller is used to control the sliding platform module,which drives the liquid level detection sensor to move until contact liquid level instantly,and then calculates the water level according to the running distance of the sliding platform module.The results show that the system is stable in operation,accurate in water level measurement,low in cost,and has good promotional value.
