Design of Forming Milling Cutter for Screw of Spiral Feeder in Roadway

为了提高螺旋式上料机螺杆的强度,设计了一种整体加工成形的螺杆,螺杆用成形铣刀进行加工。依据螺杆成形铣刀加工螺杆时必然与螺旋面形成一条接触线的切削条件,通过计算获得刀具齿形数据和刀盘半径参数,按照获得的数据和参数设计出刀片和刀盘,然后进行装配,完成螺旋式上料机螺杆成形铣刀的设计。

In order to improve the strength of screw of the spiral feeder, an integrally machined and formed screw was designed, and the screw was processed by a forming milling cutter. According to the cutting condition that the screw forming milling cutter must form a contact line with the helix surface,the tool tooth profile data and cutter radius parameters were obtained by calculation, the blade and cutter head were designed according to the obtained data and parameters, and then assembled, completed the design of screw forming milling cutter for spiral feeder.
