摘要
针对目前新型变量泵结合变量马达驱动的顶驱钻机需要最佳的转速与扭矩匹配特性的现状,以及现有钻机控制系统无法实现泵站远程启停及故障监测,设计出一种基于S7-1200 PLC、比例放大器和组态屏等关键元器件的顶驱钻机电控系统。应用结果表明,该控制系统可完全实现对液压泵站的远程启停控制、状态监测以及在动力头无级调速的全过程中,均可以保证当前转速下动力头输出的扭矩最大,钻机输出性能最佳,操作灵活性显著提高。
In view of the current situation that the top drive drilling rig driven by new variable displacement pump and variable displacement motor needs the best matching characteristics of speed and torque, and the existing drilling rig control system can not realize the remote start-up and stop of pump station and fault monitoring, an electric control system of top drive drilling rig based on S7-1200 PLC, proportional amplifier, group status screen and other key components was designed. The application results show that the control system can fully realize the remote start-up and stop control of the hydraulic pump station, condition monitoring, and in the whole process of stepless speed regulation of the power head, it can ensure the maximum output torque of the power head at the current speed, the best output performance of the drilling rig, and the operation flexibility is significantly improved.
