摘要 研究一种煤矿机械信息化系统设计方法,将煤矿机械信息化研究设计分为外部信息输入、部件信息化、设备信息化、设备集群信息化四部分,提高煤矿机械信息化水平,为煤矿少人化、无人化提供技术基础。通过该方法设计并实现了悬臂掘进机信息化系统设计方案,有效提高悬臂掘进机信息化智能化水平及技术附加值,推动悬臂掘进机由同质化向智能化转变。 A design method of coal mine machinery information system was studied, the research and design of coal mine machinery information was divided into four parts: external information input, parts information, equipment information, equipment cluster information, so as to improve the level of coal mine machinery information and provide the technical basis for the coal mine to be less and unmanned.Through this method, the design scheme of the cantilever roadheader information system was designed and realized, and the information intelligence level and technical added value of the cantilever roadheader were effectively improved, which promotes the transformation of the cantilever roadheader from homogeneity to intelligence.
