摘要
针对旋转架结构刚性差、加工过程中由于装夹变形和热变形引起的内孔精度超差问题,设计了专用装夹工装。应用表明,使用该工装能有效消除加工薄壁孔时工件抖动及装夹变形,保证加工精度要求,而且该装置结构紧凑,安装使用方便,极大提高了加工效率。
In view of the poor rigidity of the rotating frame structure and the problem of out of precision of the inner hole caused by clamping deformation and thermal deformation in the processing process, a special clamping tool was designed. The application shows that the use of this tooling can effectively eliminate the workpiece shaking and clamping deformation when machining thin-walled holes, ensure the machining accuracy requirements, and the device is compact in structure, convenient installation and use, and greatly improve the processing efficiency.
