摘要 根据上湾煤矿8.8 m超大采高工作面围岩稳定性控制要求,对顶板支护、煤壁片帮防治和漏矸导流等关键装置进行了优化设计。结果表明:通过采用φ600 mm大缸径立柱和分级泄液大流量安全阀相互配合,实现了对顶板控制和缸体安全的统一;优化设计的伸缩梁与三级护帮板非随行式机构降低了响应延时,减少了煤壁及顶板的空顶时间,降低了冒顶、片帮事故的发生概率;L形防漏矸装置有效杜绝了因移架和相邻支架缝隙过大造成的漏矸伤人风险。通过优化设计的围岩控制关键装置为8.8 m安全回采提供了可靠保障。 According to the stability control requirements of surrounding rock of 8.8 m super high working face in Shangwan coal mine, the key devices such as roof support, rib spalling prevention and waste leakage diversion were optimized. The results show that through the use of φ600 mm large cylinder diameter column and graded liquid discharge large flow safety valve, the roof control and cylinder safety are unified;the optimized design of telescopic beam and three-stage side guard non accompanying mechanism reduces the response delay, reduces the empty roof time of coal wall and roof, and reduces the probability of roof fall and spalling accidents;L type anti leakage gangue device can effectively eliminate the risk of gangue leakage and injury caused by too large gap between moving frame and adjacent support. Through the optimized design of the key device of surrounding rock control, provides a reliable guarantee for 8.8 m safe mining.
