并联单向阀在高速单柱塞泵中的仿真优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对单柱塞泵在高速下难以正常配流的情况,提出了一种并联单向阀的配流机构,解决了单柱塞泵在高速情况下的配流问题。首先选取3个不同的转速对单柱塞泵进行仿真实验,结合曲面拟合的思想和粒子群算法,利用MATLAB优化了单向阀的的弹簧预紧力和弹簧钢度;其次通过AMESim进行仿真,结果表明,并联单向阀的配流机构可以实现不同转速的配流问题。 Aiming at the difficulty of normal flow distribution of single piston pump at high speed, a kind of parallel check valve distribution mechanism was proposed to solve the problem of single piston pump at high speed. Firstly, three different speeds were selected to carry out simulation experiments on the single piston pump. Combined with the idea of surface fitting and particle swarm optimization, MATLAB was used to optimize the spring initial force and spring stiffness of the check valve. Secondly, simulation was carried out through AMESim, and the experiment shows that the distribution mechanism of parallel check valve can realize the distribution problem of different speeds.
