摘要
立式刮刀卸料离心机易损件多、润滑系统指示程度低、回油管互换性差及整机智能化不完善。提出通过更改易损件结构、同时加强耐磨防护、优化润滑系统配件等措施降低配件维护率,提高润滑系统直观显示程度,提高互换性,为适应今后智能化选煤厂对单机设备智能化发展需求提出智能化建议。
The vertical scraper discharge centrifuge has many quick-wear parts, low indication of lubrication system, poor interchangeability of pipe and imperfect intelligence of whole machine. The measures were proposed that changing the structure of the quick-wear parts, strengthen the wear-resistant protection and optimize the parts of the lubrication system in order to reduce the maintenance rate of the parts, improve the visual display of the lubrication system and improve the interchangeability. Put forward the intelligent suggestions to meet the intelligent development needs of the single machine equipment in the future intelligent coal preparation plant.
