摘要 将参数化同步挤压变换(PST)引入到采煤机摇臂传动系统的故障诊断中,并与传统的时频分析方法如同步挤压短时傅里叶变换(SST)进行对比。仿真结果表明,该方法具有较高的时频分辨率,能有效识别信号的时频特征。最后,将该方法应用于采煤机摇臂传动系统的故障诊断,实验结果验证了该方法能够清晰地表示出故障特征。 The parameterized synchrosqueezing transform(PST) was introduced into the fault diagnosis of the shearer rocker arm transmission system, and compared with the traditional time-frequency analysis methods, such as synchrosqueezing short-time Fourier transform(SST). The simulation results show that the method has high time-frequency resolution and can effectively identify the time-frequency features of the signal. Finally, the method was applied to the fault diagnosis of shearer rocker arm transmission system, and the experimental results verified that the method can clearly express the fault characteristics.
