摘要
针对现有液压支架封闭导尘装置井下安装施工工艺繁杂、采高适应性差、与原有设备相互干涉等问题,设计一种拉簧式支架封闭导尘装置。通过分析液压支架落尘特点,确定了拉簧式支架封闭导尘装置中导尘槽结构形式、材质及强度;通过液压支架移架步距及固定位置的间距,确定了装置中拉簧的强度。通过实验室试验及现场应用,确定了装置的适用范围。现场应用结果表明:该装置对液压支架降柱移架下风侧5 m处的粉尘治理效果能够达到89.5%。为液压支柱降架产尘治理提供了一种新的可靠的装备,有利于改善大采高工作面作业环境。
Aiming at the problems of complicated underground installation and construction technology,poor adaptability of mining height and mutual interference with the original equipment of the existing hydraulic support closed dust guiding device, a tension spring support closed dust guiding device was designed. By analyzing the characteristics of falling dust of hydraulic support, the structure, material and strength of the dust guiding groove in the tension spring support closed dust guiding device were determined;the strength of the tension spring in the device were determined by the step distance of the hydraulic support and the distance between the fixed positions. Through laboratory tests and field applications, the scope of application of the device has been determined. The field application results show that the device can achieve 89.5% of the dust control effect on the 5 m downwind side of the hydraulic support from the lowering column and moving support. It provides a new and reliable equipment for hydraulic support dust generation control of lowering column, which is conducive to improving the environmental sanitation of the large mining height working face.
