摘要 针对回转钻进技术进行煤层走向探测钻孔存在钻孔轨迹不可控、探测距离短、结果误差大等问题,提出采用定向钻进技术进行煤层走向探测钻孔的施工。介绍了定向钻进原理,以某矿15311工作面为例,根据矿井地质资料和已揭露煤层走向,设计了定向钻孔轨迹,采用ZYWL-6000DS全液压定向钻机施工,运用多次探顶、回退开分支的方法,不断调整钻孔参数,精确地探明了该工作面200 m内煤层走向,修正了矿井地质资料。为煤矿井下煤层走向的探测提供了一种新方法,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of uncontrollable drilling trajectory, short detection distance and large error result in coal seam strike detection drilling with rotary drilling technology, put forward the construction of coal seam strike detection drilling with directional drilling technology. Introduced the principle of directional drilling. Taking 15311 working face of a mine as an example, according to the mine geological data and the exposed coal seam strike, the directional drilling trajectory was designed.The ZYWL-6000DS full hydraulic directional drilling rig was used for construction, and the method of multiple roof exploration and back opening branches was used to continuously adjust the drilling parameters. The coal seam strike within 200 m of the working face was accurately detected and the mine geological data were corrected. It provides a new method for the detection of coal seam strike in underground coal mine and has high dissemination and application value.
