摘要
为了解决洗煤厂煤泥烘干产出率低和智能化水平低的问题,设计了一套煤泥烘干机变频调速控制系统。通过对烘干机内部的压力、温度、湿度、物料位置和干燥机转速等相应数据的采集,以西门子S7-1500系列PLC作为主控制器、S120变频器作为驱动控制器,采用变频控制和PID控制算法来实现烘干机的稳定可靠运行,使煤泥充分烘干。此外,为了实现智能化操控,系统配置了一套HMI人机交互界面,用户可以进行相关控制参数设定,并直观地呈现煤泥烘干机的运行状态以及系统各个环节的参数。该系统安全可靠,自动控制与手动控制能够相互转换,实现了煤泥烘干过程自动化和智能化的高度集成。
A variable frequency speed control system was designed for coal slime dryer to solve the problems of the low production rate and low intelligent of coal slime drying in coal washery. Through the collection of corresponding data such as pressure, temperature, humidity, material position and dryer speed inside the dryer, Siemens S7-1500 series PLC was used as the main controller and S120 inverter was used as the drive controller in this system, variable frequency control and PID control algorithm were used to realize the stable and reliable operation of the dryer, so that the coal slime can be fully dried. In addition, a HMI human machine interface is configured in the system to accomplish intelligent operation, which allows users to set up relevant controls parameter, and intuitively present the operating status of the coal slime dryer and the parameters of each link of the system. The system is safe and reliable, automatic control and manual control can be switched mutually, which accomplishes the high integration of automation and intelligence of coal slime drying process.
